Fan since: Hibs since 1990, footie since I was 10.
Why you root for them: Team with heart and flair, and a magnificent history that reaches back to 1875. They chose me when their own supporters sacrificed comfort and spare change to stave off a takeover bid from a rival (bastard) team chairman. I knew then, any team that inspired that kind of loyalty deserved mine as well.
Favorite franchise moment: Plenty, but I think it’ll be the 2007 CIS championship 5-1 win over Killarnock

Why you root for them: played great soccer when I became a fan (Leverkusen was 2002 in the champions league final) and since then I support them.
Favorite franchise moment: Last year when Leverkusen secured second place in the last game at Freiburg. More than 4000 fans travelled to the south of Germany and generated home-game-atmosphere.
Last Words: Ein Spiel dauert 90 Minuten – die Liebe dazu ein Leben lang. [A game lasts 90 minutes – the love to it lifelong.]
